Event: This is a one-day outdoor festival-style concert. There will be six national acts on the main stage and five local or regional acts on a side stage.

Attendance: Ticket sales will be capped at 22,000.

Scheduled Date: May 1, 2022

Scheduled Time: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Gates are expected to open at 1:30 PM. Alcohol Sales: Vendors will be selling beer at two different locations.

Food Service: Vendors will be selling food at two different locations.

Banners: There will be artist and sponsor banners displayed on the main stage and the side stage.

PROJECT 4: OUTDOOR FESTIVAL SCENARIO EBS 441-O—Event Management

Setup:

Task • Set up tents and temporary structures for food and alcohol vendors, merchandise vendors, and sponsors • Open gates to public • Rig and check PA system • Cleanup operation—must be completed within 48 hours of event close • Accept delivery and set up portable toilets and water stations • Install fencing and secure area • Final inspection of setup/readiness • Construct main stage and side stage • Rig stage lighting and hang stage banners • Meet with security and emergency services personnel to confirm plans and communications
